Our Origins

Scotscraig BUSINESS SOLUTIONS was conceived by WG Cumming BSc (Strathclyde), CEng, MIET after a career of over 28 years of influential roles in large corporate environments. His early career specialities included introducing computerised Management Information Systems (MIS), implementing effective Total Quaity (TQ) and facilitating strategic decision making (in PLCs).

World-Class Delivery

With substantial experience of "world-class" business performance in large organisations, and as Managing Director of Scotscraig BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, WG Cumming has mastery in establishing Critical Success Factors, improving decision-making processes, and facilitating substantial beneficial-change in an organisation. In the course of his career he has advised (and continues to influence) some of the outstanding leaders of industry & businesses in Europe and in the USA.

Extensive Network

WG Cumming was an early 'Fellow' of the Institute of Management Consulting (IMC in the UK) which eventually merged into the Institute of Consulting (IC) in 2011. After attending Business School in 2003 he became an Accredited Associate of the 'Institute for Independent Business' (IIB), an international network of experienced business-support professionals. Associates communicate and collaborate on a daily basis extending knowledge, skills, experience and vital capability in all aspects of business.
